Our Purpose
There is a leader in all of us.
Our purpose extends beyond individual advancement. We help leaders build the skills that make thoughtful leadership possible, the knowledge that helps leaders understand the systems around them, and the networks that allow people to turn shared concern into collective action. Across California, Coro alumni are strengthening organizations and building more resilient communities.

Our Programs
Coro’s programs develop three things every leader needs: skills, knowledge, and network.
Through cohort-based, experiential programs, Coro equips participants with the critical thinking, self-awareness, and collaboration skills to create lasting impact in their communities.
Our programs serve high school students discovering their civic voice, emerging leaders beginning their careers, experienced professionals navigating organizational and sector-level challenges, and executives carrying significant responsibility. Participants come from government, business, nonprofits, labor, education, philanthropy, and community life.

Alumni Spotlight
I leave this program feeling like a different person, in the best possible way. Beyond the skills and insights I gained, I’ve built lifelong friendships and a network of colleagues I deeply value and look forward to supporting for years to come.
