Chief Finance and Operating Officer
This role partners directly with the CEO and Board, overseeing finance, HR strategy, and enterprise operations, and plays a central role in sustaining and expanding Coro’s statewide impact.
Chief Partnerships Officer
This role will lead, design, and integrate a cohesive statewide partnerships and revenue function that fuels our long-term sustainability and impact. This position will oversee both the Coro Growth and Development teams, ensuring a coordinated sales, recruitment, and fundraising strategy, and manage our alumni engagement efforts.
Manager, Regional and Program Operations
This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics, operations, and data systems that support the successful delivery of Coro California’s leadership development programs, while also serving as the primary operational lead for the Bay Area office.
Manager, Program Operations
This role ensures Los Angeles-based programs run efficiently, participants experience seamless engagement, and facilitators and program directors have the operational support needed to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
