Chief Finance and Operating Officer
This role partners directly with the CEO and Board, overseeing finance, HR strategy, and enterprise operations, and plays a central role in sustaining and expanding Coro’s statewide impact.
Chief Partnerships Officer
This role will lead, design, and integrate a cohesive statewide partnerships and revenue function that fuels our long-term sustainability and impact. This position will oversee both the Coro Growth and Development teams, ensuring a coordinated sales, recruitment, and fundraising strategy, and manage our alumni engagement efforts.
Chief Program Officer
This role will be responsible for Coro’s program excellence, curriculum innovation, and delivery at scale and will oversee all leadership development programs and service offerings, build the systems and infrastructure that enable consistency and quality, and lead a strong, experienced program team through a period of evolution and opportunity.
Development Manager
This role will steward and grow Coro California’s philanthropic funding by managing a portfolio of donors, coordinating grant timelines, managing donor data and reporting systems, and contributing to fundraising campaigns, sponsorship fulfillment, and events that advance the organization’s long-term sustainability and impact.
