Chief Partnerships Officer
This role will lead, design, and integrate a cohesive statewide partnerships and revenue function that fuels our long-term sustainability and impact. This position will oversee both the Coro Growth and Development teams, ensuring a coordinated sales, recruitment, and fundraising strategy, and manage our alumni engagement efforts.
Senior Director, Programs & Training
This role, based out of the Bay Area, serves as both a strategic program leader and skilled facilitator for Coro California’s leadership development programs, managing a portfolio of programs from curriculum design through delivery, evaluation, and stakeholder reporting.
Manager, Regional and Program Operations
This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics, operations, and data systems that support the successful delivery of Coro California’s leadership development programs, while also serving as the primary operational lead for the Bay Area office.
