Executive Leadership Network

Advancing executives who drive organizational transformation

The Executive Leadership Network addresses the unique challenges and isolation executives face while leading complex organizations. This intensive, part-time leadership development program connects senior leaders across sectors to exchange critical perspectives, practice adaptive leadership strategies, and build lasting peer relationships. Through facilitated learning sessions, personalized executive coaching, and peer consultancy, you’ll strengthen your capacity to navigate organizational change and drive meaningful impact. You’ll emerge with enhanced leadership skills, an expanded network, and practical tools to create a culture of trust and innovation within your organization.

This Coro California program is offered in both the Greater Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay areas.

Format & Curriculum

Session Cadence

Over fifty hours of immersive professional development across eight sessions from February through June. Sessions include leadership forums, personalized executive coaching, peer consultancy modules, and leadership networking dinners designed to build relationships and community. Curriculum Themes

Content addresses the unique challenges of executive leadership, including navigating and initiating organizational change, practicing adaptive leadership during uncertainty, managing and empowering teams, and applying systems thinking to complex challenges. Sessions explore developing inquiry and evaluation skills, creating cultures of trust and innovation, cultivating leadership mindsets for sustained impact, building resilience in high-pressure environments, and understanding connections between physical space, organizational culture, and leadership practice.

Learning Approach

Coro’s experiential methods center active practice over passive listening. You’ll engage in case discussions, leadership simulations, peer exchanges, and reflective exercises led by Coro facilitators and guest experts who bring specialized perspectives on executive leadership challenges and opportunities. Facilitators create space for mindfulness, vulnerability, and authentic connection, fostering psychological safety for adaptive collaboration and innovation.

Program Philosophy

Coro’s approach emphasizes three core principles: active leadership practice as lifelong learning, relating productively across differences in identities and perspectives, and embracing curiosity and vulnerability as foundations for authentic leadership and meaningful change.

Cost & Financial Support

Tuition

Program tuition is $8,750, subsidized from $14,750 by generous donor support. This investment in executive leadership development yields significant returns for individual leaders and their organizations.

Participant Scholarships

Need-based partial scholarships are available. Complete the relevant questions in the program application to be considered for financial assistance.

Organizational Assistance

Organizations benefit substantially when executives develop advanced leadership capabilities and cross-sector networks. Many participants secure employer financial support for tuition. Use the Program Benefits Guide to frame conversations about this strategic professional development investment.

Applications are reviewed holistically with priority for varied perspectives across sectors, industries, organizational types, and leadership contexts.

Selection Timeline

Applications are reviewed following each application deadline, and applicants notified within two weeks of the deadline. Program tuition payments are due typically four to six weeks from your decision notification (payment plans are available).
