Session Cadence
Five intensive sessions over consecutive weeks in October. The accelerated format activates learning, enables real-time application, and prepares you to lead with clarity in high-stakes governance settings. Curriculum Themes
Sessions explore essential board leadership topics including governance frameworks, fiduciary responsibilities, strategic oversight, fundraising and resource development, advocacy and community engagement, and stewarding nonprofit sustainability. Content emphasizes practical application grounded in ethical, values-driven leadership.
Learning Approach
Coro’s experiential methods center active practice over passive listening. You’ll engage in case discussions, leadership simulations, peer exchanges, and reflective exercises. Facilitators create space for mindfulness, vulnerability, and authentic connection, fostering psychological safety for adaptive collaboration and innovation.

Selection Timeline
