As Chief Program Officer, Vicki oversees Coro California’s statewide portfolio of programs at a pivotal moment of organizational growth and integration. With a career spanning education, civic engagement, and social impact, she brings deep expertise in experiential program design and curriculum development, with a commitment to building the systems and teams that allow high-quality programs to flourish.
Prior to joining Coro, she served as Executive Director of the Laspa Center for Leadership, where she set the vision for the Center and designed programs focused on gender, identity, and civic engagement. She also oversaw comprehensive career services as Executive Director of Career Planning & Resources at Scripps College, and has led innovative programs at DePaul University and Chicago Children’s Museum, among others. She is an alumna of the Coro Women in Leadership program, previously served on Coro’s Leadership Circle, and recently completed her board service with the Public Leadership Education Network (PLEN), including serving as Board Chair.
Vicki holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Multicultural Communication and a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from DePaul University. Outside of work, Vicki finds joy in travel, outdoor adventures, and time with family and friends.
