Vicki oversees Coro’s Southern California program portfolio, creating collaborative learning environments that support personal growth and help individuals strengthen their impact in the community. With a career spanning education, civic engagement, and social impact, she brings expertise in organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, and program and curriculum design.
Prior to joining Coro, she served as Executive Director of the Laspa Center for Leadership, where she set the vision for the Center and designed programs focused on gender, identity, and civic engagement. She also oversaw comprehensive career services as Executive Director of Career Planning & Resources at Scripps College, and has led innovative programs at DePaul University and Chicago Children’s Museum, among others. She is an alumna of the Coro Women in Leadership program, previously served on Coro’s Leadership Circle, and recently completed her board service with the Public Leadership Education Network (PLEN), including serving as Board Chair.
Vicki holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Multicultural Communication and a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from DePaul University. Outside of work, Vicki finds joy in travel, outdoor adventures, and time with family and friends.
