Rachael Acello, LMFT, is Senior Director of Training and Programs in Southern California. With a background in organizational communication and clinical mental health, she brings a blend of relational insight and leadership expertise to her work at Coro. Her 20-plus years of experience span the public, nonprofit, health, and education sectors, with a focus on fostering personal and professional growth within teams.
Prior to Coro, Rachael founded a leadership coaching and organizational development practice, partnering with leaders and teams to strengthen collaboration, deepen self-awareness, and build capacity for sustainable growth. She has also held leadership roles in higher education and worked as a community mental health therapist. In her current role, she designs and facilitates leadership development experiences grounded in relational neuroscience and informed by human systems, creating reflective spaces where participants can build awareness, strengthen collaboration, and learn to navigate complexity with clarity and composure.
Rachael holds degrees from Pepperdine University, and Fuller Theological Seminary, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and a proud Coro Women in Leadership alumna. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, walking, EPL football, and board games.
