Grace serves as Vice President of Programs and Training, overseeing the organization’s Northern California programs portfolio.
With over two decades of experience across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors, Grace has built her career at the intersection of leadership development, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. She spent fifteen years specializing in leadership programs at UCSF and UC Berkeley, primarily in the health and education sectors, and is a certified professional coach. In her current role, she consults with leaders on the organizational challenges most critical to their growth, including change management, team building, culture, and strategy. Her areas of focus include leadership and talent development, program design and delivery, and organizational effectiveness.
Grace holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University. She is also an active member of the Advisory Council for Home for a Home, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to building homes for historically underserved families in Guatemala.
On weekends, she can often be found cooking, playing pickleball, or on a soccer pitch with her family.
