Callie Spaide brings more than 10 years of public- and private-sector experience to the Director of Recruitment role. As part of the Social Impact team at Participant Media, she built a coalition of 150 nonprofits to support multi-platform cause-marketing campaigns across film, TV, and digital. She led successful fundraising campaigns at International Medical Corps, a leading global humanitarian nonprofit based in Santa Monica. As a Government Affairs Associate at M+R Strategic Services in Washington, DC, she facilitated legislative briefings and large-scale events for renowned nonprofit clients including Habitat for Humanity, SEIU, AARP, and Coalition for the Homeless.
A graduate of Brown University with a degree in political science, Callie is co-president of GenR Los Angeles, the International Rescue Committee’s young professionals advocacy board, and a volunteer advocate for Planned Parenthood LA. She lives in Silver Lake with her husband and their dog, Ernesto.
