Vicki Klopsch is Senior Vice President of Training and Programs at Coro California and oversees the organization’s Southern California portfolio. She is committed to creating collaborative learning environments that support personal growth and help individuals and organizations strengthen their impact in the community.
Vicki brings expertise in organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, and program and curriculum design. Her career spans education, civic engagement, and social impact, where she has supported people and institutions in navigating complexity, building shared purpose, and moving from intention to action. Prior to joining Coro, Vicki served as Executive Director of the Laspa Center for Leadership, where she set the vision for the Center and designed and delivered programs focused on gender, identity, and civic engagement. She also oversaw comprehensive career services and institutional initiatives as Executive Director of Career Planning & Resources at Scripps College, and has led innovative programs at DePaul University and Chicago Children’s Museum, among others.
Vicki holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Multicultural Communication and a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from DePaul University. She is an alumna of the Coro Women in Leadership program and previously served on the organization’s Leadership Circle. Vicki recently completed her board service with the DC-based Public Leadership Education Network (PLEN), including serving as Board Chair.
Outside of work, Vicki finds joy in travel, outdoor adventures, and time with family and friends.
